Terms of Service
Please ensure to read the Terms of Service in its entirety before
reaching out to commission me.
⮞ General Terms

1. All commissioned works are for personal use only, unless specified or negotiated during the commission process, before any work begins. Additional commercial fees apply and may be discussed during the time of ordering the commission.2. Commissions may be ordered through google forms only, and confirmed via direct messages
on either Discord or Twitter.3. If you commission me for a Live2D model, ensure you have clear references provided. If I have to add any design during the process, additional fees will be added.4. Commissions are first come first serve unless stated otherwise.5. Rush orders are acceptable for an additional fee. If your request has a deadline, it must be made clear at the beginning of the commission process. I am however NOT obligated to take a rushed order. If I feel I can confidently complete a commission within a requested deadline, an extra rush charge will be quoted at the beginning of the process and is due up front before work begins in addition to the 50% deposit.6. I will not take commissions of the following: Mecha, Furry, IRL7. NSFW commissions are accepted from clients 18+ for an additional fee, but the following requests will not be accepted: Beastiality, Dismemberment, Vore, Inflation, Scat, Rape, Underage/Loli/Shota, NSFW art of someone else's without their written consent8. I stream commissions live on my twitch. If you would like your commission to remain private, an additional fee will occur. The fee varies on the type of commission it is.9. All times and costs of commissions are subject to change based on complexity and personal life time constraints. Once you have been given a quote for the cost of your commission, prices are non negotiable.10. Under no circumstances do you have permission to mint my work as an NFT.
⮞ Payment

1. 50% of the agreed upon price will be due at the beginning of the commission process.2. Work does not begin until the initial deposit has been made.3. The remaining amount will be due at the end of the commission process, before the final product is delivered.4. I only accept PayPal and all payments will be made through PayPal invoices.5. Commissioner is to cover all Paypal fees.6. I do not and will not accept crypto as payment and you may not mint my work.
⮞ Process

1. The average expected completion time of the commissions, dependent on the queue, are as follows:
- Emotes: 2-3 Weeks
- Cheebs: 1-2 weeks
- Live2D Model Art: 2-3 Months
- Chibi Live2D: 1.5-2.5 Months
- Illustration: 3-4 Weeks
- Vroid: 2-3 Months2. Reworks and major changes are only allowed in the sketch phase.3. You will be updated throughout the sketch phase to determine any necessary tweaks and/or changes in the commission.4. Once the sketch has been approved, you will be notified when progress has been made on your artwork. (Lines, colors, shading etc.)5. Once I enter the finalization and color phases, only reasonable/minor changes can be made. If a major change has to be made, it will result in extra charges based on the complexity and how much work it will take to fix it. Feel free to inquire about what constitutes a reasonable/minor change.6. Once the artwork is completed, you will be notified and the remaining payment will be made at the time. Files will be delivered via email once payment is received.
⮞ Refund/Cancellation

1. Refunds will only be issued before work begins.2. If you would like to cancel the commission after work has begun, the initial 50% paid will not be refunded and kept as a kill fee.3. I retain the right to cancel/refund the commission at any point during the commission process.4. Donations to my Twitch Channel do NOT count towards a commission/"free" art.5. If you file a chargeback on your commission after the work and payment has been completed, the rights to all the completed works will be retracted and you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.
⮞ Copyright/Usage Policy

1. I hold all copyright to the artwork produced.2. I retain the right to display the commissioned work and use it as promotional material on my own social medias/websites/etc for personal or monetary purposes, unless stated otherwise by the client at the beginning of the commission process.3. The work must be credited back to myself wherever used.4. The client may use the artwork for personal use (print it / use it in social media) and claim the right of their character(s).5. If the client breaches any of this usage policy, every right they have to the artwork will be retracted.6. Breaching the usage policy is as follows:
i. Reproducing / using my artwork commercially without paying an additional commercial fee. (Being used for any monetary gain i.e. streaming, making merch, using in youtube videos etc)
ii. Taking credit for my work, or not giving any credit at all.
iii. Removing my watermark off of the artwork.7. Purchasing commercial rights for merch adds 200% to the original price.
i. With the commercial use the customer may use the artwork to earn money in any way (merch, books, websites, etc.).
ii. Credit must still be given.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have readand understood my terms of service.
